There are no refunds, take out trip insurance if you think there may be an interruption in your trip and to secure your booking investment on your vacation. There are no refunds. Period. We also cannot offer refunds due to earthquakes, inclement weather to include hurricanes, missed water taxis, delayed flights, or excessive noise, war, pandemics, government corruption and Acts of God..WIFI is not guaranteed due to our remoteness. Trip Insurance is strongly recommended as there are no refunds. Please arrange arrival times with our reservations manager. During the Holiday season, there is a five-night minimum stay.
